About Fluoron

Fluoron is a worldwide leader in developing non-stick fluoropolymer technologies — solving difficult sticking and buildup problems in manufacturing processes across many industries for over 30 years.

Who We Are

Founded in 1988 by Frank M. Chapman — one of the early pioneers of Teflon® — and Ed Lippmann, Fluoron began with decades of fluoropolymer expertise developed at DuPont. Today, Fluoron is led by Randall Chapman and Matt Lippmann, continuing a multigenerational legacy of materials science innovation.

In 2024, Fluoron was acquired and expanded into Spectrum Labs Holdings, creating three specialized divisions:

• Fluoron — Industrial heat-shrink fluoropolymer roller covers
• AEGIS-ADVANCED — High-performance coatings and surface solutions
• Radiant Cleaning — Precision dryer, can, and process roll cleaning
